Elon Musk: I really want Tesla Roadster off the ground

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has announced that he wants the Roadster, which will be available in a revamped version in 2022, to take off from the ground.

Elon Musk's compelling and futuristic plans for Tesla are endless. A new detail has come from the famous business person about the brand's highly anticipated Roadster car, which will be launched in 2022.

Participating in Joe Rogan's podcast program, Musk announced that the Tesla Roadster, which will have SpaceX hardware, will indeed have rocket engines that will allow it to take off from the ground.

Tesla Roadster expected to be able to stand 2 feet high

There are many features waiting for the Tesla Roadster, which has managed to get a significant pre-order with its revamped version. Musk recently announced that the Roadster will be much faster than all other cars thanks to rocket engines that will be placed under the plate, and said that these engines will use high-pressure air.

Musk, who stated that Joe Rogan was very serious about what he said on his program, noted that the Roadster will go from 0 to 100 kilometers in 1.9 seconds, just like the Model S Plaid, and they will design the Roadster so that it can somehow stand in the air.

Musk used the following words in his description of the Roadster: "we're really going to add rocket engines to that car. I want the Roadster to take off from the ground and navigate like this, but I want to find a way to do it without killing people. I think the height will be limited to 2 meters. It will be such a system that even if the car falls, only the suspension system will explode, but the driver and passengers will not be harmed."
